Observation Deck

The Town has made significant investments over the years to enhance the Memorial Avenue corridor, focusing on both beautification and functionality. Improvements have included a rain garden at the Crescent Road and Memorial Avenue intersection, underground utility installations, a separated multi-use pathway, a functional roundabout, coastal protection measures, and the restoration of the Beach Creek estuary.

The work includes constructing an observation deck using concrete panels supported by steel girders and piles, along with additional rock enhancements to the existing coastal spit and related works.
